Following a successful inaugural year, the Permian Power Conference returns in 2026 with even greater momentum. A heartfelt thank you to our exceptional speakers and sponsors whose involvement has elevated this event. We anticipate over 800 participants, more than 90 sponsors, and a lineup of 80+ top-tier speakers from the Permian Power sector, poised to drive transformative change in the region’s electric power landscape.
The Permian Basin economy is no longer just an oilfield story. The Permian is the next frontier in America’s AI infrastructure buildout. In the past six months alone, seven GW-scale AI hyperscale data center campuses have been announced in West Texas / Southeast New Mexico bringing massive load growth to the region and capitalizing on stranded gas and a conducive land / regulatory environment. But here’s the reality:Â you cannot learn how to build a behind-the-meter powered Permian campus in Silicon Valley or at the national AI conference happening outside of West Texas. You need to be where the action is to really vet the options, make the contacts, and get the lay of the land!
The Permian energy producers, BTM power generators, land owners, equipment OEMs, permit experts, fiber companies, and ERCOT market consultants who make or break your site selection will all be in Midland on June 8–9. The 2nd Annual Permian Power Conference is where data center developers and operators sit down with the supply chain that powers their campuses — covering the full stack of technology options, PPA’s, tolling arrangements, and behind-the-meter contracting structures unique to West Texas. If you want to be where Permian Energy meets High Tech (and you should be) this is the only event where all of those conversations happen at once, right in the heart of the Permian.
Join us on June 8-9, 2026, at the Horseshoe Arena in Midland, TX, for a unique conference led by energy veterans with deep West Texas ties. This event will bring together power-focused leaders from oil and gas, AI data centers, tech, cryptocurrency, renewables, battery storage, micro-grids, nuclear, electric power as a service, mobile power generation, CNG, capital markets, utilities, government, equipment, engineering, and construction.Â
The 2026 conference will feature a dynamic, social format with two high-impact main stage panels anchoring each day, complemented by ample networking opportunities in the exhibit hall. Targeted information sessions on sector-specific stages and sponsor breakout areas will foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and enable deep dives into specialized topics, ensuring a valuable experience for all attendees. Attendees share a unified goal: building the resilient Permian power stack of tomorrow. This is the ideal venue to connect, learn, share, transact, and form partnerships with industry peers.
