Jeff is Executive Vice President of NTACT Operations’ EPC team. A licensed Professional
Engineer and former President of the GPSA Midstream Suppliers Association, he is
recognized for combining technical expertise, operational leadership, and commercial
strategy across the energy infrastructure sector.

After earning his civil engineering degree from Texas Tech University, Jeff built his
career across industrial water management, natural gas processing, power generation,
and midstream infrastructure, ultimately earning his PE license through the chemical
discipline and completing an MBA to broaden his commercial perspective.

He leads teams across conventional and renewable energy sectors, focusing on
integrated systems that deliver reliability while minimizing waste. His work centers on
identifying and eliminating inefficiencies across development, execution, supply chains,
energy use, emissions, and water consumption.

Jeff is known for connecting technical execution with business outcomes and advancing
systems-level approaches to how energy is developed, delivered, and converted at scale.
