Sorry this Power Connection Digest is coming out a day late!  I’d explain why, but it would sound like I was back in high school trying to explain why my paper was late.  Perfectly reasonable explanations, but combined they sound like the outline for a B-movie from the 80’s.

 

Anyway, in case you missed it, there was a rather large data center power deal announced in West Texas.  Very exciting.  And plenty of other interesting articles this week as well.  Check it out.

Chevron, Microsoft sign 20-year deal for Pecos data center

Known as Project Kilby, the center is expected to deliver about 2.67 gigawatts of capacity through a phased, modular approach that enables incremental expansion over time.
