Matthew Herpich has 18+ years of leadership experience, with over twelve of those in the power sector. Matt previously served as Head of Finance & Operations for Arcadia Power’s Texas Energy Services business unit. Prior to Arcadia, Matt was Technical Co-Founder of Real Simple Energy, a Texas-based retail power brokerage, and helped lead the acquisition of Real Simple Energy by Arcadia in February 2021. Previously, Matt served as Head of FP&A for CIG Logistics, an ECP portfolio company, and on the Investment Team of Bluescape Energy Partners, a $1 billion+ energy private equity platform headed by C. John Wilder, former CEO of TXU. Matt earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Yale and an MS in Information Technology (big data focus) from Carnegie Mellon.
