Jason Jennaro is Co-Founder and CEO of FrontierGen, an energy infrastructure development platform focused on gigawatt-scale powered land for AI data centers in Texas.

Jason has spent his career building infrastructure businesses at the intersection of energy, logistics, water, commodities, and large-scale industrial growth. Prior to FrontierGen, he served as CEO of Breakwater Energy Partners, one of the leading integrated water management and infrastructure platforms in Texas, which was acquired by Select Water Solutions. He also co-founded Twin Eagle Sand Logistics, which grew into one of the largest rail-to-shale logistics providers in the United States.

Today, Jason is applying that infrastructure-building experience to one of Texas’s next major industrial opportunities: converting energy, land, transmission, gas, water, and fiber into AI-ready campuses that can scale responsibly.

Jason holds master’s degrees from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He earned bachelor’s degrees from the University of Oregon.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Jason serves as Chairman of the Board of Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast & Louisiana. He lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and two sons.
