Kathy is Vice President of Sustainability & Regulatory Relations at Kodiak Gas Services (NYSE: KGS) and serves on the GPA Midstream Suppliers Association (GPSA) Board of Directors. She is recognized for leading at the intersection of operational performance, regulatory strategy, and sustainability within the energy infrastructure sector.

With more than three decades of experience spanning power generation, gas compression, sales, sustainability, and business development, Kathy has built her career across the energy value chain. Her background includes leadership roles with Kodiak Gas Services, SEC Energy Products, Caterpillar, and Automatic Switch Company, where she developed a reputation for connecting operational realities, technical expertise, and customer priorities into practical, execution focused business strategies.

At Kodiak, Kathy works across business, operational, and stakeholder groups to align execution with evolving regulatory and sustainability expectations while maintaining reliability, customer performance, and long-term operational value. She regularly collaborates with customers, operators, and industry leaders to develop practical approaches that support emissions reduction, operational efficiency, and infrastructure
growth across midstream systems.

In addition to her industry leadership, Kathy is actively engaged in charitable and community initiatives. Her passion for the community includes a variety of volunteer commitments including the Kodiak Cares Foundation, Sky High for Kids, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, to name a few.
