Del Hilber is Managing Director of VIOTAS Texas, where he leads the company’s strategic expansion and operations in one of the most dynamic energy markets in the United States. In this role, he oversees market engagement, regulatory affairs, and customer partnerships, driving adoption of advanced demand response and grid optimization solutions across commercial and industrial sectors.

With more than 25 years of experience in the deregulated energy industry, Del has built a strong reputation for leadership in energy market operations, asset management, and technology innovation. Prior to joining VIOTAS, he served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Technology at RPower, where he led key initiatives spanning market operations and advanced energy technologies. He also held the role of Vice President of Products and Pricing at Constellation Energy, where he played a central role in demand-side product development and market strategy.

Earlier in his career, Del co-founded Pyxis Energy, where he helped pioneer the Alternative Market Power (AMP) service—an innovative solution providing customers with reliable backup power and greater grid independence.

At VIOTAS, Del is focused on accelerating the energy transition in Texas by enhancing grid flexibility and delivering value to large energy users and IPPs through smart demand side solutions.
